Recent Testimonial:

Our water bill indicated we had a leak. The plumber we’ve used in the past was not able to help us. A neighbor had used Complete Pump Service and it was suggested we try them. Sure enough success with a prompt reply, emails & phone calls back and forth, and eventually the leak was fixed.  I will use Complete Pump Service in the future should the need arise.  They are competent, professional, and thorough.  This leak was underground and caused a lot of work, they stayed with it till it was fixed.  We are very satisfied.

Yes, I had an emergency situation and a house full of guests. Emergency or not; for professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and economical service, I can highly recommend Lee Hixson at Complete Pump Service. Lee was able to get my burned out sewage ejector pump replaced in a timely manner and at considerably less cost than quoted by another plumbing outfit. When the next plumbing issue strikes, I will be calling Lee Hixson at Complete Pump Service!

Sump Pump Maintenance

SEWAGE & SUMP PUMP ANNUAL PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE Scheduled preventative maintenance (PM) will add to the longevity of your pump.   The majority of sump pumps are located in basements or lower level living quarters.   Should the sewage/sump pump fail without you knowing it may flood  toilet waste throughout the bottom level of your home. This waste is a biohazard and remediation prices will reflect that, potentially costing thousands of dollars.  The service technician should notice immediately if your sump/sewage pump has a high-level alarm installed.
